Events is the process of displaying notifications to the mybooks user. These events can be either simple information conveying notifications or actionable notifications. For example when the mybooks user emailed the estimates to the customer and once the customer accepted/decline the estimates and in the events field it should display whether the estimates were accepted or declined by the customer.

Estimate Approval – This will display the status of the sent estimates, whether the estimate is approved or declined. If the estimate is approved it will give an option to convert the estimate into an invoice.

Invoice – If the customer made the payment for the invoice provided he used the payment link which was sent in the invoice. Payment will automatically create in mybooks and the message will display in events section.

Banking – uncategorized bank transactions will be displayed.

Reminding the overdue transactions – If estimate, invoice, purchase order and bills have due dates. When these transactions reached their due date it will remind the user to take appropriate actions.

Reminding the overdue reminder – If Business reminder have due dates. When those reminder reached their due date. It will remind the user to take appropriate actions.
