Objects in the trash can be restored or deleted from the trash. Any delete action performed other mentioned objects will be permanently deleted from myBooks.

Type – Object type will be displayed whether it is contact, item, estimate, invoice, cash invoice, customer credit note, customer payment, expense, purchase order, bill, vendor credit note, and vendor payment
Number – If the deleted object has a transaction number will be displayed here
Name – Deleted contact name and item name will be displayed here
Status – It shows the status of the transaction
Amount – Deleted total transaction amount will be displayed here
Actions – Deleted objects can be restored or can be deleted permanently
